A larger production budget

Anduril announced a $5 billion Series H financing on 13 May at a $61 billion valuation, led by Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz. CEO Brian Schimpf said the money would support manufacturing capacity, research and development, and the infrastructure needed to produce and field defence systems. The financing is material because the company’s growth plans depend on factories and hardware as well as software. Anduril financing announcement.

What the company says it is building

In an investor letter published with the announcement, Schimpf reported $2.2 billion in 2025 revenue and said Anduril had more than doubled revenue over the previous year. He described Lattice as the command-and-control software connecting sensors and platforms, alongside investments in autonomous vehicles and production systems. Those performance and capability statements are Anduril’s own account. The funding announcement establishes the scale of new capital and its intended use; it does not independently verify military effectiveness or prove that planned manufacturing throughput has already been achieved.
