From policy to deployment
India Blockchain Week’s 2026 conference was scheduled for 1–2 November at Fairmont Mumbai, bringing together founders, investors, developers, financial institutions and policymakers to discuss blockchain and digital assets.
The programme announced by organiser Hashed Emergent placed institutional adoption alongside decentralised finance, artificial intelligence, payments and tokenisation. It featured planned keynote presentations, panels and fireside conversations. Binance was named title sponsor, with CoinDCX, CoinSwitch and BINGOLD as platinum sponsors.
A planned session on blockchain deployment across Indian financial institutions was listed alongside discussions on tokenisation, retail access to assets and the implications of AI for payments and financial services.
Two forums, different audiences
The Future Asset Forum was scheduled for 2 November on the main stage. Its stated focus was the intersection of artificial intelligence, emerging assets and tokenisation, with access included for conference pass holders.
A separate closed-door Institutional Forum was planned for approximately 120 invited senior leaders. Its proposed discussions covered custody and settlement, real-world assets, central bank digital currencies, regulation and the infrastructure needed for institutional adoption.
