Pre-launch services
Newsletter and inquiry forms require configured webhook providers before they accept information. When those integrations are absent, the forms return an error rather than falsely claiming a submission was stored.
Information we collect
When enabled, we may collect information you submit, such as email address, professional interests, company, inquiry details and consent timestamp. We may also collect limited technical information required for security, performance and analytics.
How information is used
Information may be used to deliver requested updates, respond to inquiries, operate events or products, improve services, measure performance, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and processors
We may use vetted service providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery and customer support. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Capvise Group
Information is not automatically shared across every Capvise venture. Any internal sharing should be limited to the stated purpose, appropriate access controls and applicable law.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from emails and request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting privacy@media.capvise.group.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and protected with appropriate administrative, technical and organizational safeguards.
